You keep access until the end of your billing period. After that you return to 3 hugs/month. Your history stays.
Do recipients need an account?
No. They just tap a link — no app, no account, no friction.
Is the message stored?
The message is accessible via its unique link. We store only what's needed — name, message, opened status. We never sell data or show ads.
Can I use this to check in on elderly parents?
Yes — this is exactly what the check-in feature is for. If your parent doesn't open the hug within your chosen timeframe, you'll get a text so you can reach out another way. A gentle wellness check that doesn't feel like surveillance.
How does scheduling work?
Pick a frequency. Each time the next one's due, we write a fresh warm hug and text you the share link. You tap to share with the recipient when it feels right — nothing is sent to them automatically.
How do I cancel?

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
